What is....
A Family Group – is a group made of students from other churches that do Bible Study together, do recreation together, and pray together each day. Each family group is led by an adult and a student from one church selected by their church. Family groups are a central part of the camp make up and they are a great time for youth to get to know youth from other churches
Night Life – This is a time each night for entire camp to have fun together. This year we are doing a Family Group Fun night, which is a very loud and very funny night full of energy; a surprise night that will definitely be something that people will talk about for years to come; a dodgeball tournament, which we have done now for three years and has over 45 church/personality/camp teams involved; and the final night life is a focused worship time with our worship band and drama team.
Church time – is time for your church to gather and reflect on the day as well as have the freedom to worship, prayer, and open God’s Word together with just your youth group.
Quiet Time – is a time set aside each morning for everyone to spend some time with God in a devotion written to go along with the theme of the camp.
Morning Celebration – a morning worship service that wakes us up and also gives us a challenge for the day
Rec Time – about an hour and twenty minutes of games and fun with your family group against other family groups
Family Group Bible Study – is a bible study led by the family group leaders in a curriculum written with theme and focus for the day
Free Time – is about a two hour time doing lots of things that the camp offers (a list is attached)
Commissioning Service – a celebration of what God has done in the lives of the youth over the week.
